Calendula Skin makes specialty and artisan soap for people with wellness in mind. Making soap from scratch started as a hobby and developed, over several years, into a beautiful business endeavor. The mastermind, chemist and artist behind Calendula Skin is me, Mara Maroney! This collection of limited edition specialty soaps encompasses my passion for nature, creating original formulations and healthy living.
I take every chance to use Georgia local and natural ingredients in the soaps I make. The goat milk I use in all the soaps is raw and locally sourced from the most passionate and caring goat owner. All the olive oil used is infused with natural Calendula officinalis flowers, imparting additional skin benefits to the final product. Other ingredients such as beeswax and packaging materials are also locally and responsibly sourced, with an awareness for resource conservation.
I am passionate about making true soap and creating custom formulations to suit the needs of every individual. I also enjoy washing my hands, working up a luxurious lather and giving this naturally made product the opportunity to work its magic and effectively cleanse the skin. I have used handmade soaps made by me for more than seven years and now I invite you to make your skin "Calendula Skin"!
